Upon receipt of your watch, we will take a picture of it and register it in our information system, and the notes and observations made by you on the watch's travel will be filed with you. Your watch has two unique serial numbers that characterize it. The first number is engraved on the movement of the board; the second alphanumeric number is found on the case bottom cover. These numbers form a unique combination that allows us to unambiguously identify your watch and ensure its traceability, which is especially important when your watch is stolen. Both numbers are registered and included in the registration book of our watch factory. Before proceeding with any maintenance, your watch and its movement must be thoroughly and thoroughly inspected by a professional watchmaker to define the items that may require repair. We will give you a quotation asking for your prior consent before making any repairs. At your request, L'CONSCIENCE ARTISAN's officially authorized repair center can also offer you fast quotations on site.
Once the strap is separated from the case, watchmakers will open the watch, remove the movement, and then disassemble and then pre-wash. They will carefully examine all the components of the movement and replace the components that have had signs of premature wear or may affect the correct operation of the mechanism.
Watchmakers will identify, replace, or repair this component based on the degree of wear and tear on each component, the length of time it has been used, and the precautionary maintenance instructions that regulate the maintenance of its watch factory. The new parts with the latest technological developments will be adapted and assembled.
L'CONSCIENCE ARTISAN The most worn out components of the current collection of watch cases and movements will be replaced as necessary, the most common of which include waterproof gaskets, crowns, buttons, calibrators, barrel, tourbillon Module, central, minute or second hand, and tourbillon timers.
Each of the components of the movement incorporates specially designed, scratch-proof washing baskets and is cleaned thoroughly in a fully equipped ultrasonic cleaner with a well-defined operating mode for complete removal Greasy, thoroughly clean.
Oil lubrication is essential to ensure accurate movement of the watch movement: it slows the friction between mechanical components, reducing energy loss and component wear. When assembling the movement, watchmakers use up to 12 different greases depending on the complexity of the machinery. Grease usage is based on the specific lubrication coefficient and chemical stability required for each component.
Due to normal wear and wear or aging parts;
Due to magnetic field or climatic conditions, the use of the environment and other force majeure factors caused the failure;
Failure due to improper use of the watch or abuse, or improper handling (such as beating, rolling, oxidation or waterproof watch non-waterproof watch crown is not close to the case, etc.) caused by the failure;
Stolen or lost
Separate identification or other identification mark is deliberately removed or modified watch.
To ensure the accuracy of your watch, each assembled movement will undergo a continuous 24-hour run-in to stabilize all movable components. The watchmakers will then simulate normal wear and adjust the inertia of the balance according to the dynamics to adjust the isochronism of the wearer at five or six positions. The result of travel must be consistent with the data and errors filed by the watch factory.
